Procedure for Placing Sealed Bids for Auction Items:

1. The procedure for a sealed bid  on Auction Items in the past has been to have a check sent to the Auction chairperson
    (Len Wheatley) for half of the max. bid or bids if they want to bid on more than one item.

2.  The check has to be received prior to the auction and made out to the UPA.

3.  List the item/s that you want to bid on and confirm max. bid for each.
 
4.  The balance is due within 2 weeks of the end of the auction.
