Thursday, Sept 30.
 
 1:00 PM       Registration Begins.
 
 2:00 PM       Election Committee will open ballots for Board of Directors, Open   to the General Membership. (Aspen Room)
 
 3:00 PM        Board of Directors Meeting. (Hawthorne Room)
 This will be Free time you can stick around the Hotel for a Round table discussion of the minds or you can jump on the Trolley bus and go shopping in Bricktown or take it to the Water taxi and see the sites.
 
 6:00 or 7:00 PM      Welcome get together and introductions of your New Board of Directors. Auction items can also be dropped off.

 Friday, Oct 1.
  Tour Anadarko, OK / Known as the Indian Capital of the Nation.
 8:30 AM      Welcome, The Bus will depart the Hotel for Anadarko, OK
 
 10:00 AM    National Hall of Fame for Famous American Indians.
(Meet the Tribal Indian Princesses that will ride on the bus with us while touring the facility's, Native American Entertainment: Dancers from 5 to 17 yrs of age, Story telling, this is for the UPA only)
 

 
 11:00 AM     Southern Plains Indian Museum
 
 12:00 AM     Lunch will be served by the host at Woods & Waters Winery
                       (Smoked Ribs, Chicken, Sausage and all the fixings)
 1:30 PM      The Heritage Museum.
 
 2:00 PM      Bus will depart Anadarko back to the Hotel in Oklahoma City, OK
         Free Time, Fellowship and Dinner on your own in between 4:00 and 7:00
                              
 7:00 PM        Annual UPA Auction at the Wyndham Garden Hotel / Aspen Room

 Saturday, Oct 2.
 
 8:30 AM  (Aspen Room)    Guess speaker Mike Jones from the Zoological Association of American
 9:45 AM  (Aspen Room)    Group Discussion with question and answers: About worming, incubation, hatching, basic genetics etc. Held by George Conner, Gwen Hibler and Doug McNutt. 
 11:15 AM     Bus will leave the Hotel for the Oklahoma City Zoo and Botanical Garden, there will also be a Guess speaker at the Zoo.
               (UPA Lunch will be served at the Zoo in the Picnic area)
 
 4:30 PM       The bus will leave the Zoo for the Hotel.
 5:30 PM      Dinner on your own, then Fellowship and a Presentation on Identifying Peafowl by Josh Nelson (This is manly for new members that are just getting into Peafowl) but should be fun for all.
