Greetings from Fort Walton Beach, Florida and the Rocking B-A-B Ranch.

As you may be aware, the United Peafowl Association (UPA) Convention will be held in the Deep South this year. This package of information is our way of encouraging you to plan to come to the 2007 UPA Convention on October 11th, 12th, and 13th in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. We hope to have an informative, fun, and useful convention. Please spread the word among your friends in the peafowl world that haven't participated in a UPA convention as yet.

There are lots and lots of things to do in our area. Literally thousands and thousands of people vacation in Fort Walton Beach and Destin (four miles from the convention headquarters). So, if you want to include extra days for these attractions, you can so plan. Click for lodging options.

This information is being sent to you at this time to give you plenty of time to:
Make your decision now to come to the 2007 UPA Convention.
Make all your plans (time off, someone to feed the critters, transportation options, etc.) so that no barriers can prevent your coming to the 2007 Convention.
Make your lodging reservations before all the rooms are taken

Because of the popularity of the area, AND some type of U.S. Air Force convention for the same dates, the cut-off date for registration for these rooms and these rates are as noted. Rooms after this date, if available, will be at a higher rate. Make your reservations AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!! Remember all of these options are right on the Gulf of Mexico.
