If you would like to submit an absentee bid, please send a check
or money order for one half of your maximum bid for each item
that you would like to bid on. Please make your check or
money order payable to the UPA, Inc. and send it to the

Bids must be received
by Monday, September 14.
Please list the item(s) that you are bidding on and your maximum
bid for each if bidding on more than one item.
Your bid will be cast anonymously at the auction. If you
win an item, you will be notified so that you can send any additional
payment required and to pay for the shipping costs for the item(s).
Items must be paid in full prior to shipping.
The deadline for payments is Oct. 10, 2009.
By submitting an absentee bid, you are accepting responsibility
to pay for each item won on your behalf and to pay the required
shipping cost.
The annual auction is the largest fund raiser for the UPA and
thank you for your support.
