Philosophy
The UPA is dedicated to promoting peafowl. Through its official functions, its goal is to disseminate information, guidance, assistance, and promotion of the avocation and interest in peafowl. Officers are elected each year at the annual convention. The constitution and bylaws are available online here.
The UPA newsletter: Peafowl Today
Peafowl Today is the official publication of the United Peafowl Association. UPA members receive the newsletter six times per year in February, April, June, August, October, and December. Advertising rates and information provided below:Classified Ads:
Each member may submit 1 free classified ad in each issue up to 20 words. The ad may run in more than one issue and must be resubmitted for each issue by the ad deadline. Ads containing more than 20 words must pay the regular member rate for the additional words. Rates are 0.10 per word for members and .20 per word for non-members. Want ads are free and for a one year trial period.Display Ads:
Business card: $18 per year
Quarter page: $37.50 per year
Half page: $75 per year
Full page: $125 per year
Back cover (color): $200 per issue
Inside Back cover (color): $150 per issue
Inside Front Cover (color): $150 per issue
