How are the individual states/regions organized? There doesn't appear to be a logical order to them.  In order to be as fair as possible, and to maximize the usefulness to web surfers, the areas are organized as follows: Listings with email addresses and websites are always given priority, then followed with alphabetical order by last name or company name (whichever is preferable to the breeder). This means that if you have an email address and others don't, your listing will take precedence. If someone else has an email address AND a website, their listing will take precedence over yours.
