Indo-Chinese Green Male (Pavo muticus imperator)

The male is similar to the muticus muticus, but not as brilliant. The fringes of the neck, upper back, and breast feathers are more coppery in color, and not as golden brown. Lower breast and flanks are duller and darker. The mantle and back are slightly more bluish and less golden. The wing coverts and outer web of the secondary feathers are bluer and a little duller, with less green on the borders. Indo-Chinese Green bred to Indo-Chinese Green breed true.
